On April 14-15, 2016, the First National Congress took place at the Falenty Training Center in Raszyn, organized by OTTIMA plus Sp. z o.o.
This event indicated the need to continue the mutual exchange of experiences between representatives of the railway sector in Poland.
Issues such as railway transport safety, technological and organizational aspects of the maintenance of railway vehicles and track infrastructure in the context of legal changes and a wide range of railway investments, new methods as well as railway siding management techniques require detailed discussion and interpretation. Mutual sharing of knowledge is a key priority for efficiently managed railway undertakings.
Bearing in mind the seriousness of the above-mentioned issues, we took up the challenge of further integration of the railway sector and development of joint knowledge management of railway system operators.
In the mountains and at the seaside, by the river and by the lake, in the castle and in the palace – fifteen National Congresses are behind us, which we had the honor to organize for you in the most beautiful places in Poland.
During them, we celebrated the 18th and 20th anniversary of our company on the market.
So far, we have had the honor of hosting you in Raszyn, Brenna, Wadowice, Janów Podlaski, Białobrzegi, Michałowice, Sandomierz, Kościelisko, Gdańsk, Łódź, Toruń and Wrocław.

“GOLDEN TRAIN” AWARD
On October 7, 2016, during the Third National Congress of Plenipotentiaries for SMS and MMS and Managers of OTTIMA plus railway sidings, she awarded the first “Golden Train” statuettes.
Since then, the Gala of presenting the above statuettes has become a tradition.
The purpose of the awards is to promote outstanding leaders in Poland who put emphasis on the improvement of procedures, processes and risk control measures in their daily work, thus ensuring that the level of safety is increasing and the awareness of safety issues in rail transport is growing.
The “Golden Train” statuette is awarded to companies that:
- have trained at least 10 people in our Training Center in the last 3 years
- signed the Declaration on the development of a safety culture in rail transport
We also present individual “Golden Train” statuettes.
