Based on our experience, we are able to implement even the most complex international projects.
OTTIMA plus is the initiator and knowledge broker of the Southern Railway Cluster, which (as the only one in Poland) has been included in the European Railway Clusters Initiative (ERCI), which enables dynamic development of rail transport in Poland and access to the best and the most modern solutions in the sector.
ERCI is a leading meta-cluster of the railway industry in Europe, associating 15 innovation clusters from 17 European countries (Italy, Poland, France, Great Britain, Spain, Turkey, Denmark, Belgium, Sweden, Croatia, Slovenia, Serbia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Montenegro , North Macedonia, Austria, Germany). We bring together the ideas and interests of over 2,000 small and medium-sized companies in the industry. ERCI is their voice and lobby at the European level. We help our member companies to develop – through better access to European partners and customers, accelerated technology transfer and joint marketing in the EU and beyond.
In recent years, ERCI has created management structures and established itself as a European network of rail clusters. ERCI has been accredited under the PERES 4i-partnership project name under the EU’s Cluster Collaboration Platform. ERCI member companies and partner cluster institutions benefit from:
- Accelerated access to other European companies and institutions
- Active support in participation in EU research and development programs, incl. Shift2Rail
- Access to ERCI events across Europe
- Marketing and business development in the EU and beyond
- European lobby for SME interests

- THE UPA PROJECT – Upskilling Pathways for Adults through ICT and social media
(2017-1-BE01-KA204-024783) 18 months: 01/09/2017 – 28/02/2019.
The above project responded to the needs of the Europe 2020 strategy, which includes one key priority, which is to increase the “employment rate in Europe – more and better jobs for women, young people and older people”.
In this context, project partners investigated and identified issues that will help older people enter the labor market by creating effective links between adult education and the world of work and entrepreneurship.
Project partners work daily with adult learners / students in the face of multiple barriers (such as social exclusion, poverty or discrimination) and taking into account their diverse backgrounds (in particular because of poverty, disability, low education or ethnic minority / immigrant origin) work together to help adult learners use social media to create new businesses that facilitate the transition from education / training to the world of work.

- URBACT OP ACT
Project duration: 2009-2012
The Integrated Action Plan is a local product, specific to each city. Thus, local conditions, as specific actions to be taken in response to the challenges of sustainable network development, are defined by the URBACT Local Group. This core group consists of a wide range of relevant stakeholders who are committed to the challenge being undertaken and play an active role in co-developing the plan with the project partner. This document is the result of the interaction between the theme, the starting point of each city and its individual URBACT journey. It highlights the positive educational experiences that cities have undertaken, both from a local and a transnational perspective.
